Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your items! Please read the following carefully:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be received back by the 10th day—no exceptions.
Refunds are not issued.
- (e.g., holidays, patriotic, school spirit) are FINAL SALE—no returns or exchanges.
Preorders are nonrefundable as they are specially ordered just for you.

- A return label will be provided. You must ship the item back within 5 business days of receiving the label to qualify for the correct item or store credit.

Preorders and turn around times
Preorders
All preorders have a specific closing date, which will be clearly listed under each item on our website and announced on our Facebook page.
Preorders are only processed once payment has been received. Please ensure your payment is submitted before the closing date to secure your item. By completing payment, you are confirming your order for a product that will arrive at a later date.
Preorders typically take approximately 2 weeks to arrive. We will provide regular updates on expected arrival times through our communication channels.
Preorders are a great way to guarantee your item in advance—many styles are exclusive and often sell out before they can be restocked!
Turn Around Time on Preorders
Preorders typically take approximately 2 weeks to arrive once the order is placed with the vendor. After we receive 5 to 10 prepaid orders of a specific item, we proceed with purchasing that item.
Once the preorder shipment arrives, orders will be processed and made available for local pickup or shipped within 2 business days.
Please note: Only paid preorders are guaranteed. If payment is not received by the closing date, the item will not be included in the order and will no longer be available.
Turn Around Time on Ready to Ship Items
All Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items—products currently in stock—will be shipped within 2–4 business days of your order being placed.
